    Our client, a major US insurer, wanted to engage with their sales agents who were based all over the US market. They used our Together platform to run a community forum where agents were encouraged to share experiences, put forward thoughts and ideas and collaborate to develop key sales collateral in a supportive environment. Our client wanted to learn more about the challenges they face, as well as develop valuable communication channels for future feedback. They moderated the study directly to gain first-hand insight from key agents, proving once again how easy the platform is to use.

    VouchForMe is an insuretech start-up using innovative blockchain technology and a novel way to use trust and the power of social connections to disrupt the insurance market.     Further recruited more than thirty British families (including mothers and children) for an online research community hosted on the Together platform. This deeply immersive method enabled the team at Unicef to get closer to their target funders and better understand their motivations as well as tap into their ideas. The client was actively involved in the process from beginning to end, constants iterating their concepts. Knowing that ‘families’ have a natural affinity with Unicef's mission, Unicef commissioned Further to explore the nature of family life and how these strong ties could be used to create greater support for their cause.
