With over 20 years’ experience in building brands, Stephen has worked with some of the world’s most iconic retail and consumer businesses, including Shell, Harrods, Orange, Emirates, Logitech, Philips and The Design Council.
John puts his PhD in social psychology to good use at Further, guiding clients on how to get answers to their research questions, and how to execute good research. He has a passion for technology, alongside his specialist subject of modern masculinity.
Before joining Further, Marie-Claude gained a PhD in Social Psychology and was head of qualitative research methods at LSE and founder of a pioneering agency specialising in research with ethnic minorities. As Research Director at Further, her role is to understand clients' business requirements and deliver contextual human insight that has a positive impact on business, culture and people.
Kez is a senior project manager who has worked across the marketing and advertising industry with both brand and agency clients. Kez has experience in the FMCG, B2B, healthcare and leisure sectors. Working with our research team, and other business units, Kez ensures that all our research projects are managed efficiently and that our processes are continually reviewed and updated so we're able to fine tune the way the team works.
Terri provides support, training, guidance and inspiration to our clients in North America. Nine years of marketing experience, including time spent working with companies like J.D. Power, Harris Interactive and Synovate help Terri provide customer service of the highest calibre. She works throughout client projects, finding the most effective ways to use our technology to engage consumers in research and creating engaging experiences for.
Maria has spent the last thirteen years in the research industry as agencies including Firefish, CrowdDNA and Ipsos, first as a researcher, then later in senior operations roles, so she knows her stuff when it comes to getting the best out of research. With a wealth of experience across healthcare, FMCG, financial services and social media projects, Maria is part of Further's Client Success team providing project and platform support, and training.
Cathryn has a passion for people and business, creating great working environments where people are inspired to grow and learn, and to make a great contribution. She spent the earlier part of her career in South Africa, working at British Airways, BASF and IBM, and in the past 20 years has worked with startups and small businesses in the UK and Europe.
Nathan looks after the health and compliance of our technology, working tirelessly to keep the development team on-track and at the forefront of trends and operations. His experience in negotiating contracts, managing with external technology partners and overseeing large private and government projects for the likes of GDS, Capita and Dr. Foster helps us further our vision and meet our ambitious goals.
Sarah has over 25 years experience in qualitative research operations and compliance, delivering multi-stage, multi-market research projects across a wide range of sectors for global brands whilst at Added Value and then Kantar. During her time at Kantar, she embedded a GDPR & Data Privacy program across the Consulting Division globally.
Sarah is a solution-focused multi-tasker with an eye for detail and rigour when overseeing recruitment and project deadlines, and very comfortable spinning numerous plates, thriving on the fact that in operations, no two days are ever the same!
